Shipping Policy

How is my artwork shipped?

 

For international orders, we offer shipping through DHL. Customers in Bulgaria can choose between Econt Express or Speedy for their delivery needs. Paintings can be shipped either stretched on the canvas or as rolled canvas, depending on your preference. Each artwork is meticulously packed with acid-free materials and secured with protective padding to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

When will I receive my artwork?

 

Oil paintings require special care and drying time before they can be varnished and shipped. Typically, paintings are processed and ready for shipment within 2-4 weeks of purchase. If additional time is needed to complete your piece, we will contact you directly to provide an updated timeline.

How is shipping calculated?

 

You can contact me before making a purchase at i.dobrinova@outlook.com for a shipping cost estimate. After your purchase, you will receive an invoice detailing the shipping costs. These must be paid before your artwork is shipped.

 

Please be aware that import and duty taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. As all original sales are final, we recommend checking the DHL shipping estimate before completing your purchase.
